Katrina and Rob met when they were in High School. They dated for awhile and then went their seperate ways. Luckily, they found eachother again at 22. They are currently planning their wedding for this coming summer. We have had the privelege of designing their invitations and reception stationery and wanted to share a little more about their plans with you...

They are getting married at Salish Lodge www.salishlodge.com They chose this location for its beauty but mostly because, "where we are getting married is more about our 'home' ... we both grew up in the Snoqualmie Valley and it is what we love!" Their wedding is all about the outdoors, summer (their favorite time of year), sunshine, family, friends and laughter.

When we asked Katrina what is the one thing that she can't live without in her wedding planning, her response was, "the internet, my computer and email. But most importantly my mother and my best friend Melissa." Regarding planning, she also says, "Remember, it is about the love!"

For Katrina and Rob's invitation, we wanted to design something simple and elegant that would reflect the beauty of their wedding location as well as the sunny feeling that they are hoping to have on the day. Katrina chose a cotton paper which is both eco-friendly and really great to touch! After a few design ideas, we finally landed on the perfect combination of graphics and fonts. Katrina says she chose this style because, "it is the style that she has always loved and been drawn to."
